It doesn't need a lot of time to run. It's a bunch of registry hacks.  Be
sure to reboot.  Second, if you want a smaller image look at using vlite
(vlite.net).

Yah but I can't imagine that it covers everything and it runs way to fast
for me to believe that it really is doing everything it says.

See Joe/Steve I'm not crazy. This should be a topic of interest to anyone
trying to Virtualize Vista  I would assume anything that would speed up the
logon and keep the image as small as possible would be a good idea.
