First suggestion would be to apply the 004 patch for PS 4 on W2K.
However, this patch may change your XML port, so be prepared to correct
that after applying the patch.  Also, you will have to call Citrix
support to the get patch currently because they removed it from the site
due the XML issue.  

 

Secondly, try putting the ctx_smauser account on each server into the
local administrators group.  This seems to resolve some issues relating
to user rights: I, as well as others on the citrix forums, have had luck
with this technique.
