Yes I can. By both ping and nslookup.
It seems to want to see meaframe on the Datastore SQL server
Has anyone else implemented 4.0?

How about making sure you can actually resolve teh SQL server name and
ping it, connect to it, etc.

I already have my datastore housed on a SQL server. When I try
to join
the farm
with the Citrix 4 install, I put in the name of the SQL server
for the
datastore
while creating the ODBC connection, just like XP. It comes
back
and
says either
it can't find the server or the server does not have Metaframe
XP
insatlled....
Do I have to install Metaframe on the Citrix server, not the
other way
round?
