[THIN] Checked userenv.dll for NT4TSE SP6

I'm hoping someone still has the checked userenv.dll for NT4 TSE SP6.  I
don't have access to get it from MSDN and need it for some testing.  If you
can email it to me off list or point me to where I might find it, thanks!
