[THIN] Re: Cannot empty clipboard

Not yet they are not my customer yet.
I know I can fix the normal.dot error.
I am more concerned with the Excel issue

        Did you try renaming the normal.dot file in the user's profile folder?

        I have a server that I may inherit some of the users get this error in 
Excel
        97 "Cannot empty clipboard". They also get the normal.dot []. I am 
trying to
        figure out these messages. I don't think the application compatibility
        script was run on this server. Is there anyway to tell if it has been 
run?
        Or what the excel error means?
