20000 happens when the XenApp server cannot checkout a valid license or the 
grace period runs out.

What licenses do you have? Advanced, Enterprise or Platinum? Make sure the 
XenApp server is set to the matching Edition. Doing a repair may have broken 
something. You are far better off doing a rebuild, especially if you have 
implemented automated builds, imaging or PVS?

Load is at 20000, all licensing is correct...looked at everything on the 
forums...copied the evaluator, set the policy a few times, everything....and 
its only one server out of 6 that is doing it...this was after a repair on xen 
app was run btw...
