Yeah thought as much - i just canned all the citrix-SSOsecret for a test user 
account and that worked perfectly.

Yes, ADSI edit is the only other way. Delete SSO entries for each account and 
on next user logon, the account should ask for the registration again. If this 
does not happen then you have a permissions issue with the user in AD. This is 
actually how the password manager reset tool I wrote was born. We had several 
users who could not register for PM and it was becasue of a permissions issue 
within AD that had been played with by the IT administrators in an earlier 
project.
