Delete SSO entries for each account and on next user logon, the account should ask for the registration again. If this does not happen then you have a permissions issue with the user in AD. This is actually how the password manager reset tool I wrote was born. We had several users who could not register for PM and it was becasue of a permissions issue within AD that had been played with by the IT administrators in an earlier project. -- Warren Simondson Ctrl-Alt-Del IT Consultancy Pty Ltd Website: http://www.ctrl-alt-del.com.au On Thu, Mar 17th, 2011 at 7:17 PM, James Scanlon <James.Scanlon@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > We now have 2 users where password manager registration is not resetting > .... > Is there a manual way to reset it?
