Your IIS server has the .DLL file restricted through (if I recall the term
correctly) an ISAPI filter. I have had this happen to me before and it was
because I ran IISLOCKDOWN and URLMON tools on the server. Hopefully this
gives you a good starting point.

Subject: [THIN] CSG and STA
Hey there everyone, I think this is almost working for me but I have run
into a snag. When I click on a published app I get the error that says that
the STA is not available. I run the CSG diagnostics and it comes out clean.
I read somewhere that I should be able log onto the STA server and run
browse to http://staserver/scripts/ctxsta.dll
<http://staserver/scripts/ctxsta.dll> and it should come up with a white
screen. When I do this I get a error at the top of the browser window that
says http 405 resource not allowed.
CSG - W2k3 and CSG v3
STA - W2k and STA v3
Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?
Thanks
Jonathan
