Are you sure it actually freezes? When I've used the java client here, it gets
to the "big grey box" stage, then eventually pops up a message asking if i want
to install/run the java client - when you click yes, then it all gets going :)

Citrix FR3/SP3/FR3Clients/CSG/TA/NFuse1.7/Sun Java1.4/RSA

Running Publish Desktop

All up and running successful with all clients apart from the Java Client.
Can access Logon screen then select application icon ( internally or
externally with Java Client) then a big grey box appears and the system
freezes no error message given.

NFuse Admin - made sure Encryption and SSL/TLS has been ticked
Enabled - accept Java Applets on Server/Client IE Browser

Anything else I can try ?

Thanks in advance

Bill
