[THIN] CSG 3.1 issue

Running in an issue with CSG 3.1.
The WI 5.1 (on the same server) is all good, set to SSL port 444 and I can
access it there. The CSG listens on 443, the diagnostic tools report all is
well but I get the HTTP 400 (the web page cannot be found) every time when I go
to it (https://certname). Any ideas?
