yes, they are excellent.  I still use the book as a reference.

I sat next to Rick Mack at one two years ago.  It was highly amusing
watching him stump the instructor.

The conference before Citrix iForum er Synergy formerly know as CSEIT is now
called TechEdge and is scheduled for May 4th the day before Synergy.  I know
Greg was asking about this.
