[THIN] CMC Shadow

I want to allow our Help Desk to view connections via the CMC and have the
ability to shadow them. I have granted them XP Administrator custom
privileges (All "Sessions" category options), but they still do not have the
ability to right click on a session and see the Shadow option active. How
do I activate that option?
