[THIN] Re: CAE alternate address

CAE is Access Essentials

Not sure if the Web Interface Access Management Console (AMC) extension is
installed. Run the AMC and find the external website. In the middle, click
Manage Secure Client Access and click the top option from the xpanded menu.
Make sure it is set to Gateway Direct.
