I just starting looking into teaming the blade server NICs.

What does ALB mean? Something load balanced?

What problems are you having? Is it from the blade to the 'dell' switch or
from the 'dell' switch to your upstream switch?

Thanks,jb

a couple more things on the dells

our networks guy HATE the cheap no name brand switch on the back of the =
chassis

broadcoms will not team for ALB, dell have admitted this now

other than that, i'd get them again to replace my older hp lc2000r's

Has anybody had any experience with using Citrix or Terminal Services = =3D
farms on Blade Servers? If so, IDE or SCSI drives? Brands?
