I did find that the Win32_Printer WMI class has a property called EnableBIDI
that is read/write. I was able to put together a short vbscript to
accomplish this task. I also noticed that the prncnfg.vbs also includes
this as well.

The change has to be made programmatically with appropriate change
notification.
The best I can do to help is point you to Microsoft Technote How To Modify
Printer Settings with the DocumentProperties() Function KB167345. This has a
code example that should give you what you need.
