[THIN] Batch file installations via Installation Manager

Is it possible to do xcopy batch files via Installation Manager? I'm
packaging one up that copies files from a network path to the local
Citrix server, which runs when I run the batch file from the server
itself, but fails every time I run the package from the CMC (this is
PS4, by the way). Is it permissions? Is it something else? Thanks.
