In windows 2000 group policies, this setting is located at:

User configuration - Administrative templates - desktop - active desktop
- active desktop wallpaper.

It's also located in the registry at:

HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper

Keep in mind that if you've set your connection configuration for ICA or
RDP to disable wallpaper, changes to this reg key or to the policy won't
matter.=3D20

Off hand I'm not sure where the NT 4.0 policy location for this is, but
I can dig it up too if that's what you're looking for.=3D20

I'm trying to find the Group Policy setting to set the user's background
image, and am not having any luck.  Anyone know the location?
