I use TweakUI from the Powertoys to do this

but this utility will also do it for you.

We have a Task scheduler that is part of Timesaver.  This scheduler DOES
have to be logged in. Its a independent Application that schedules
paycalculations, Clock pollings, etc...

670,616,629 mph.  Its not just a good idea, its the law.

You don't need to be logged in for a scheduled task to run. You specify a
set of credentials when you create the task. Note that this is using Task
Scheduler and NOT the 'at' command, which does require that you're logged
in. I have tons of Win2K servers running scheduled tasks without being
logged in.
