You could run it as a service. Check out the resource kit I believe there is a helper app to run a program as a service. You specify a set of credentials when you create the task. Note that this is using Task Scheduler and NOT the 'at' command, which does require that you're logged in. I have tons of Win2K servers running scheduled tasks without being logged in.
