[THIN] Autocreated printers and login time

Published apps are taking almost a minute to start with autocreated
printers. Disabling autocreated printers, apps start almost imediately, (i.e
in seconds).
Is there anythinag that can be done to speed up the start of apps with
autocreated printers.
