UPD =3D universal print driver.=20

Log into you Citrix Management console for your farm.=20

Highlight the "printer management" section, right click and go to
"properties".

Your "drivers" section here, likely is set to "Both universal and native
drivers", you'll probably want to change that to "Use universal driver only
if native is unavailable"

I tried this and had them reboot but when they log back into citrix and then
go to add printer and look at the client printers. There are still 2
printers for each printer. One normal one and one with a [UPD} on the end
of it.  Any other ideas?
