I don't think so, but there is "File->Save Attachments" where you can still
save multiple files at once.

Subject: [THIN] Attachments in Outlook

I'm running Outlook XP and attachments in e-mails are now located below
the subject line rather than in the e-mail itself. In previous versions
it was in the e-mail. Users like it the old way because they could
select multiple files and save the somewhere; where now they can only
select one file at a time. Is there a setting to set how attachments
are saved in an e-mail?
