[THIN] Application Error

I just started getting an application error for userinit.exe on one of my
servers.  The first time I got the error I recreated the users profile and that
fixed the problem.  Now I'm not sure that that fixed the problem.  I now have a
second user getting the error.  I don't have the addresses from the first
user's error to compare too, but it's the same message and Citrix server.

Has anyone seen the error referenced below before?  I did find Q241404, but I
don't think that is it.  Q331490 sounds more like it.

The error is:
USERINIT.EXE   Application Error
The instruction at 0x77fa7fdb referenced memory at 0x006a0000.  The memory
could not be "read".
