I'm not sure why it would still be showing up, but you can turn off Desktop
Integration under the Application Set properties in Program Neighborhood
which will get rid of it.

We're running MetaFrame Xpe FR3 with the 7.100.21825 Progrqam
Neighborhood Agent. I do not have the published application checked to
"Add to the Client's Start Menu" or "Add shortcut to the Clients
desktop", however the app is still showing up on the Start Menu. Any
ideas why?
