Hello! We've been using it since its release.

From your stated app requirements it sounds like CMCM is the perfect
thing for you. How you deploy it will depend on your farm. How many
concurrent users / servers do you have?

Subject: [THIN] Anyone using Conference Manager?
Sensitivity: Private

Hello group

After searching trough the ThinList archives and not finding much info,
I wonder if anyone in this list is actually using this product.

I need a way to allow users to *easily* shadow each others sessions
(either published desktops or applications). Preferably ad-hoc, based on
invitation.

We prefer not to publish the shadow taskbar for this purpose, I think is
not user friendly enough.

Since my users are geographically dispersed, giving them a way to
collaborate on documents and applications would be a great value-add of
our PS environment and an easy-win at minimal cost.

Conference Manager seems a bit over the top for our purposes, but since
it comes for free I think it's worth a shot. What is your experience
with it, and for what scenarios was it deployed?

We're running PS4 on W2K3 with around 120 users across 5 PS servers.

Thanks!
Dan
