[THIN] Anyone know about Segue Silk?

This is a record and playback mechanism for catching Windows and screen
activity, recording it and using it for playback. It seems one of our
users wants to use this to automate an app published through citrix, but
SILK cannot see the window handles etc. as they are coming up within the
citrix session. Does anyone have any experience with this product or know
how to support it with Citrix?
