[THIN] Anyone know REAL dates for 4.5 exams or can I access the beta's somehow ?

I have a number of staff that I need to them to have passed exams like
yesterday.
Does anyone know when the exams for 4.5 are live ?
Are there betas that I can get access to at the moment ?
