[THIN] Anyone had trouble with HP LaserJet 2420

One of my users has a LaserJet 2420 connected to her computer via USB.
She regularly has trouble printing that requires either a log off of
Citrix and sometimes a log off of Citrix and then a restart of her
computer.  Any suggestions?  She is using the latest LaserJet 2420 PCL 6
driver.
