Once again the thin group comes through. Thanks for the direction Greg. Just
for those who may run into this as well...
The Tilewallpaper key was set to zero. However, under the same Reg key
(Hkey_users\default\control panel\desktop), there was an additional dword
called WallpaperStyle that was not present on the other servers. I removed this
and all was fixed

I *think* setting TileWallpaer to 0 will do the trick for you.

Running W2K3 with Presentation Server 4.0. On just one of the boxes, when
making a desktop connection, the logon screen comes up with the splash screen
in the background. However, the bitmap is stretched across the entire screen.
The bitmap files in M:\Program Files\Citrix\System32, both ica.bmp and
ica256.bmp are identical to the other servers. In fact, just to make sure I
copied them from another server and it still does the same thing.
