We had a bunch of problems with getting Acrobat to work on our 360, but
none of them were parallel port related. I recall the install being
error free. Our problem was that the spooler service would hang if you
tried to create a PDF from a Citrix session. The only way to fix it
(temporarily) was to log on at the console and create a PDF. Then the
users could create a PDF from the MF session until the "wind shifted"
again.
We've started using Win2PDF in the last few months, and it works very
well. My only complaint is that the display quality is very jagged.
The printouts are top-notch, though.

Try using "Win2PDF" terminal service edition, cheaper and better for
terminal services....
