[THIN] Active Sync and Windows CE

I have a client that has Active Sync 3.6 running over their Citrix
sessions. They are able to Sync with no problem when the serial cradle
is connection to a workstation. When they try to Sync via a Compaq T30
with Windows CE version 4.0, they sync will not work. From what I can
tell it appears to be an issue with the T30. There does not appear to be
any way to make changes to the Com port on the Thin terminal.  
 
Has anyone seen this issue with Windows CE, and the T30.  Any info would
be appreciated.
