We have played with Distiller and found it problematic, and are now running
PDF995 without any issues at all across both 2000 and 2003 Citrix Servers
(XPE FR3)

Subject: [THIN] Acrobat 5.0 (again)

It's been a while since I've seen anything posted about Acrobat 5.0
Distiller and I thought I'd ask to see if anyone has made any progress on
this issue.
AFAIK, we can make Acrobat Distiller 5.0 work only if An admin is logged in
at the console and he/she creates a PDF file.
Automatic logon can be configured, but I am concerned with the fact that the
password is in plain text for everyone to see.
Registry permissions on HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current
Version\Winlogon can be modified, but I do believe that users need to be
able to read this key, don't they?
I am familiar with PDF995 and other products that work well, but I am beig
asked to use Acrobat 5.0.

Anyway, anyone out there successfully using Acrobat 5.0 Distiller on Win2k
Terminal Server?
Would you mind sharing your knowledge?

Hector.-
