I see this in the log. Access denied due to URL not found: url = Citrix/PNAgent/config.xml I can access the site through IE and see the config.xml From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Rota, Brian Sent: Tuesday, November 30, 2010 1:05 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Access Gateway 5.0 VPX PNAgent I think you may be on to something. Web Interface works with Windows but MACs are getting a ssl error so I am going to try and redo the certs. If we go that route, I am assuming since your CAG is working with WI that it has the certificate installed. Have you assured that the client device you are trying to connect with has the cert on it? If it is not google the keywords: install wi certificate on CAG For mobile android clients I had to use Firefox and save the certificate from the site as a crt file and then I texted it to the devices so they could click on it and install it. It is Web Interface 5.3 and the CAG 5.0 VPX XenAPP 5 farm. I am thinking the issue is the new way the cag redirects the url. If not you must create the PNagent service. What version of WI is it? Scott McDonalds tip here in this thread got connectivity to my WI PNagent up and working by just adding the 2 lines to my web config file. http://forums.citrix.com/thread.jspa?messageID=1465934 I don't know if it fits your situation though.
