First impression - this is not a good idea,

especially Citrix Secure Gateway is available at no charge, SSL certs can be 
generated with Microsoft Cert Server at no charge and Java or regular ICA 
client will work over port 443.

Remapping MetaFrame ports is only the beginning - it is next to impossible 
to remap all firewalls/routers that will not allow your ICA traffic trough 
port 80. And you will announce a major invitation for Hacking Community to 
join you - presumably you are planning to use this solution over the 
Internet (they love to scan your ports starting with port 80 and are 
familiar with ICA response).

Do not bother, unless you like to play with port assignments...
