Ooopss.  I am thinking of the older versions of it.

What you need to do is the following
        1. Stop the ima service
        2. Open explorer and go to %systemdrive%/program
files/citrix/Independent Management Arch../  and rename imalhc.mdb to
imalhc.old
        3. Open ODBC manager select file dsn
        4. Where it states look in hit the dropdown arrow and select
your systemdrive and browse to program files/citrix/Independent
Management Architecture  and select imalhc.dsn
        5. hit the create button and create and under db name enter in
imalhc.mdb 
        6. You will get a message stating it was properly created hit OK
then OK again
        7. open regedit and go to HKLM/Software/Citrix/IMA/Runtime  and
select PSRequired and set it to a decimal of 1 

        8 restart the ImaService

This will then do a complete rebiuld of the LHC

I tried to rebuild the local host cache but I still have the error and
there is no backup.

You can use dsmaint.  Dsverify will verify everything that is in the
datastore is in fact correct.]

I would start with that one.  This will remove any servers that are in
the data store that do not exist any more
