We use ADP PC/Payroll. The two things I'd suggest looking for are:
1. Database connection - We use Oracle but regardless of your
database, make sure non-admins can connect.
2. ADP is very sensitive to file location. Run procmon and look for
"not found".
ADP tech support gave me a document specifically telling how to install
PC/Payroll onto Terminal Server.

We make very extensive use of ADP Timesaver NG (its a nightmare) so, not
sure, but its likely a permissions issue of some kind. Make sure that
the program directory has full controll or at least read/write/execute
permissions for all users that use the app not just read/execute

Hey all -
Having a weird issue with an ADP application. Whenever a user tries to
login i get a "server busy...... switch to or retry" dialogue box. This
doesn't happen with my login ( admin) only to non-admins.
I ran procmon to see if i noticed a difference or a "denied" access
somewhere, but didn't notice any discrepancies. This is only happening
to this one application, all other applications work fine.
I'm wondering if anyone has experience with ADP on citrix.
Thanks,
