[THIN] 3d Video on servers

we are looking to maybe replace our desktops and just give all our users a
Citrix Desktop (full screen publish desktop).
The one problem we see is we can't use applications like Bing Maps 3D or
Google Earth which some of our users actually need to use.
Our Dell servers don't support 3d in their video nor can they have PCI
Express video cards. We are quoting servers now and Dell still can't do it.
We might try HP next.
How is everyone getting around this? Do you buy servers somewhere else?
Would virtual desktops be better instead of XenApp?
