Not for 4GB.  Use them only if you go above 4GB.  Keep in mind, if you use
these switches you will take a performance hit.

On a Citrix App server running PS4 on 2003 SP1, with 4 gigs of physical
RAM, should the /3GB and/or the /PAE switch be used in the boot.ini ?
