[THIN] 2003 TS Licensing Server ?s

What are the requirements to run a licensing server for 2003 TS?
Right now we have a 2000 AD forest, and we want to begin putting in
2003 TS servers and upgrading our current 2000 TS servers to 2003..
Can I just run the 2003 TS Licensing right on a 2000 DC like I did for 2000 TS?
