[THIN] 2 printers showing up for clients

I have just noticed that our clients are now getting 2 printers in their
sessions.
One is the network printer (they normally have one as default to a print
server)
Second is the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer (installed as part
of some office product) Not the default on the computer they are logging
in from.

We are using both PS 4 and PS 4.5 with w2k3.
We have the ica Listener set to Connect Client Printers at Logon and By
default, connect only the client's main printer.
In the not to distant past they only got their default printer which was
the network printer in most cases.

I tested one possiblity by adding multiple printers to my session.  I
still only get 2 not all of them mapped.

Anyone have any idea what could be going on?
