A male Western Tanager returns to the West Bouldin Greenbelt in south Austin- a
year and a day after I first saw it last year. The bird lingered over 3 weeks
last April; hopefully, it will stick around again! The bird is seen along the
creekside trail, roughly 40 yards north of the 1200 South 6th Street entrance.
It is vocalizing.
