A bit ago I got some pictures of an odd owl at smith point that has remained 
unidentified as of yet. I never got a picture of the owl's back but do have a 
distant frontal and side view. It appears to have some sort of a plumage 
disorder.

The bird did have a tendency to return to the same spot on several occasions.
