[texbirds] Leucistic hummer

Looks like the leucistic black chinned hummer is hanging out here for a while.
It was seen again this weekend both sat and sun around 7pm here at the Edinburg
Scenic Wetlands in our turks cap area on the east side of our building (facing
our discovery pond area). If you have not seen it, swing by as it is a very
cool treat!
