Good afternoon birders,
It was another delightful morning to watch birds in Santa Ana NWR. A
highlight was the first of the season Scissor-tail Flycatcher. Sighting
reports get passed between excited birders at the Hawk Watch and bird walk -
what a delightful time to experience all types of migration!
Bird walks continue through March, daily leaving at 8:30 from the
Visitor's Center. Hawk Watch extends through April 15, 8am - 1pm.
