[texbirds] Christmas Mountains Oasis got rain!

Finally, after one year and ten months with virtually no measurable rain, and a
full year of hauling in water, I got a deluge. Now the tanks are all full, and
if they don't leak, there should be a year's supply of water in them. I posted
