-Rarities found this week-
A GREEN VIOLETEAR was photographed at Inks Lake State Park, *Burnet*, 6/4.
A BROWN-CRESTED FLYCATCHER has been present at Kellam Rd. in *Travis* for
several weeks, most recently seen 6/2.
A nesting pair of SCOTT'S ORIOLES were photographed on private property
near Hamilton Pool Road in western *Travis*, 5/29.
A pair of RED-HEADED WOODPECKERS were photographed near what appears to be
a nest cavity near CR 1441 in *Bastrop, *5/25.
CASPIAN TERNS were reported at Hornsby Bend, *Travis*, 5/25 (photographed)
and at Cody Park in Lago Vista, *Travis*, 5/25.
LEAST TERNS were reported from Friendship Park at Granger Lake, *Williamson,
*5/23 (photographed) and from Cody Park in Lago Vista, *Travis*, 5/24.
-Continuing birds from previous weeks-
A GREAT KISKADEE continued at Berry Springs Park in Georgetown, *Williamson*,
6/2.
A HUTTON'S VIREO continued at Warbler Woods, *Guadalupe*, 5/31.
A YELLOW-THROATED WARBLER continued at Commons Ford, *Travis*, 6/2.
Reports for the Austin area RBA cover a 60 mile radius, centered on the
Capitol in downtown Austin. Bird sightings mentioned here have been
filtered and scrutinized by the compiler and are believed to be genuine.
