-Rarities found this week-

A BROWN-CRESTED FLYCATCHER was reported from Bob Bryant Park, *Bastrop*,
4/29.

AN AUDUBON'S ORIOLE was reported from Warbler Woods, *Guadalupe*, 4/26.

LAZULI BUNTINGS had a good week in the circle with birds reported from Iron
Bridge Park on Upper Lake Belton, *Bell, *4/24, RM Rd. 150, *Hays*, 4/26,
Berry Springs Park in Georgetown, *Williamson, *4/26, and Lake Creek Trail,
*Williamson*, 4/25.

A WHIMBREL was seen near Thrall, *Williamson, *4/26.

A GREAT KISKADEE was reported from the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center,
*Travis*, 4/24.

A VEERY was photographed at West Bouldin Creek Greenbelt, *Travis*, 4/30.

A WORM-EATING WARBLER was reported from Doeskin Ranch at Balcones NWR,
*Burnet*, 4/26.

A WESTERN TANAGER was at West Bouldin Creek Greenbelt, *Travis*, from
4/24-4/29. The bird was photographed.

A SCARLET TANAGER was photographed at West Bouldin Creek Greenbelt, *Travis*,
4/24.

A ZONE-TAILED HAWK was well described seen flying over the 183/I-35 area in
north Austin, *Travis*, 4/26.

Two BUFFLEHEADS were late at Devine Lake, *Williamson*, 4/29.

RING-NECKED DUCKS were late as well at Devine Lake, *Williamson, *4/28 and
Barkley Meadows, *Travis*, 4/25.

-Continuing birds from previous weeks-

AN EASTERN TOWHEE was continued at Warbler Woods, *Guadalupe*, 4/25.

A HUTTON'S VIREO continued at Warbler Woods, *Guadalupe*, 4/25.

A RED-HEADED WOODPECKER continued near Bastrop State Park, *Bastrop*, 4/26.

At least one, and maybe two YELLOW-THROATED WARBLERS continued at Commons
Ford, *Travis*, 4/27.

Reports for the Austin area RBA cover a 60 mile radius, centered on the
Capitol in downtown Austin. Bird sightings mentioned here have been
filtered and scrutinized by the compiler and are believed to be genuine.
