[techtalk] Upgrade options

Hiya, been out of the upgrade loop for a bit and now have been
asked to upgrade a PC for a colleague. It`s currently running this:
Athlon XP Palomino 1700, Gigabyte GA7VKLMS board, 128Meg SDRAM 133
(rest of the kit not important)
All he really wants is to have it beefed up so that it`ll run XP at a
reasonable speed. So, I guess mobo, CPU and 512 Meg of RAM would do him
Any suggestions for a mobo+CPU combination at the budget end of the
market please ?
