[TechAssist] zenith tv ss6591w fixed

the problem was garbled sound then buzz then no sound. fix was 6 caps in the
a-16219-01 module that stands up in front of the audio circuit.had no scats
so i don't know what it is but i think it's some kind of decoder.anyway
