[TechAssist] zenith ptv model pvr5263rk

this unit was looked at by somebody else . when i went out i found
cr3215resoldered and shorted, doesn't look like a replacement,the hot was
replaced. customer said the guy said too many shorts don't know what's wrong
and left. found flyback shorted. no manual, need part #s for cr3215, tx3204.
it's a 9-1302-07 module. thanks for any help.
